The National Secondary & Higher Education Excellence Council (NATIONAL SHE) is a not-for-profit, mission-driven organization dedicated to "EDUCATE, ENCOURAGE, EVOLVE, EMBRACE, EMPOWER, EXCEL" every student, youth, woman, and underserved community through education, vocational skill development, livelihoods, entrepreneurship, and community development.
Guided by the belief that social equity, economic dignity, and national progress begin with access to quality education and skills, NATIONAL SHE aligns its efforts with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and national development priorities to build a people-centred, inclusive education–skills–careers ecosystem.
To create equitable access to quality education, vocational skills, and career opportunities that empower every student, youth, woman, and underserved community to achieve economic dignity, social inclusion, and meaningful participation in nation-building. NATIONAL SHE exists to bridge the gap between education and employability while nurturing holistic human development rooted in values, excellence, and service.
